Pilates Foundation / Induction Session: (45 min)

Induction = Basic Principles of Pilates (Alignment, Reformer and Vertical Frame Induction)

Group Sessions £40 (Max 3 people per group induction)

Private Induction 1-2-1 Sessions £90 (1 Hour 20 Minutes)

All new members to the Pilates Studio, must attend the Pilates Foundation / Induction Session, before booking or attending any of the scheduled Pilates Classes.

Payments:

Payment for all Clinic Appointments and Pilates Sessions will be taken in advance, at the time of booking, via BACS.

Cancellation Policy:

Life sometimes gets in the way of all well laid plans. I will do my best to accommodate all genuine emergencies. If you need to cancel your appointment please call or leave a text message on: 07504 853 588

Please be advised that 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of the full appointment fee.

The full class fee will be charged for non-attendance, or cancellation of a booked class, or a private pilates session, with less than 24 hours notice.
